Patio Removal Across Lake Elsinore & Nearby Communities

Aging concrete patios are everywhere in Lake Elsinore — from homes along Railroad Canyon Road to properties in Rosetta Canyon and Summerly. We handle slabs of any thickness, including reinforced concrete with rebar. For homes off Grand Avenue, Lakeshore Drive, and in the hillside neighborhoods near Ortega Highway, our crews bring the right equipment for tight-access backyard demo. Inside Canyon Lake, we manage gate entry and HOA compliance. Many patios in our service area were poured 20–30 years ago with minimal reinforcement, which actually makes them faster and more affordable to remove — but we handle heavily reinforced slabs just as efficiently.

Our patio demolition process is straightforward: we score the concrete with a concrete saw to control cracking, then use electric jackhammers to break the slab into manageable chunks. Debris is loaded by hand or with a wheelbarrow and taken to our trucks staged as close as access allows. For paver patios, we pop individual pavers, stack them for reuse or disposal, and remove the sand base beneath. Flagstone, saltillo tile, and brick patios are handled similarly. After removal, we rough-grade the exposed soil so it drains properly and is ready for new sod, gravel, a fresh concrete pour, or whatever your next backyard project calls for. Most jobs are completed in a single day — we arrive early and leave your yard cleaner than we found it.

Coverage includes Wildomar (Clinton Keith Road, Sedco Hills, Bundy Canyon), Menifee (Sun City, Quail Valley near Newport Road and McCall Boulevard), Murrieta (Hot Springs, Bear Creek), Temecula, and Perris. ZIP codes 92530–92532, 92587, 92595, 92584.

    Patio Removal FAQ

How much does patio removal cost in Lake Elsinore?

Concrete patio removal pricing depends on thickness, rebar reinforcement, square footage, and access. Call for a free on-site quote.

Can you remove a patio with rebar or wire mesh?

Yes — reinforced concrete is very common in our area. We use jackhammers and cut rebar in place. Reinforced slabs take a bit longer but are well within our capability.

What happens to the concrete after removal?

Clean concrete is taken to a recycling facility where it's crushed and reused as road base or aggregate. We sort out rebar for metal recycling.

Do you grade the dirt after removing the patio?

Yes — we rough-grade the exposed soil so it's level and ready for new landscaping, turf, or a fresh pour. Fine grading is available on request.

How long does patio demolition take?

A standard 200–400 sq ft concrete patio usually takes one day, including demolition, loading, hauling, and site cleanup.
